We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to permanently delete your Taxycab account, you can submit a request using the form below.

Before You Proceed:

• Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
• All your data, including service history, vehicle details, and personal information, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
• You will no longer have access to the Taxycab app or services.

To delete your account:

1. Fill out the form below with your registered details.
2. Confirm your request via email or app notification.
3. Our team will process your request within 7 working days.
